Once the game is released the standard refund rules apply.
You can't refund if you have played more than 2 hours, and you can't refund the game after 2 weeks have passed since release (or purchase).

No, it will get refunded no matter what if you have less than 2 hours and have had it for less than 2 weeks. There's a chance you can get it refunded if you less than 2 hours and under 6 months iirc.
