The guy that assigns you your position in Vault 111 doesn't get permission to enter the vault during the bombing. He seems like such a nice guy too for doing his job and notifying you about your position in the vault. It's sad watching your character run past him into the vault as hes being prevented from entering by the guys in power armor. ;-;

Don't worry, I'm sure a lot of this stuff is going to be fixed ASAP in some of the first day patches.

I'd assume that's correct. From what I've heard though, this launch isn't going to be as buggy as Skyrim.
