Get a half-decent computer.  Mine is an FX-6100 @ 4.1GHz with a Radeon HD 6770 and 4GB of RAM.  Runs with no problems

my computer is based off of nal's probably old build, it's more than half decent and when I run dolphin its laggy af

Personally either Lucas or Ryu are the best dlc but Lucas is waYYY better.

I have 8 gb of ram because budget and running a 32-bit os because I forgeted up my installation and dont feel like installing the 64-bit
