yeah, twitch would've been best for people who didn't know specifically.  i myself only figured out at the beginning of grand finals.

that being said, there are a few instant replays tweeted by MLG, and i'd imagine the videos will be posted within a couple of days.

EDIT:  this is the set, without the first minute or so.

forget zero but also not you know

zero's not a bad guy, he just won everything a lot.  the thought i have isn't so much "i want him to lose" as much as "i want someone else to win"

i'm not pissed that zero lost, but that so many of the kills nairo got were the same down throw to up-air juggles into up-b. if i lost to that in a bracket reset i would be infuriated.

yeah it shouldnt be "forget zero"
hes an amazing player with a tournament win streak never before seen in smash, afaik

but its good that he lost

the closest previous record was probably held by Ken.  not consecutively, but by ratio of tournaments entered and won.

but yeah zero is an amazing player who had a dominant reign and will probably continue to have another dominant career
... unless he's Ken 2.0

What happened to Ken btw?

so he had an unprecedented era of dominance in melee from about 06 to 08, winning most tournaments he entered.  he got bored and tired of the game then retired (after his lowest placement in years?  don't quite remember). after winning so much, he lost interest and motivation I guess.  I don't remember the gritty details but that's the basic need-to-know anyway.  also eventually he returned and is ranked in the top 100 players
