this game looks interersting but i dont know
i either hear its game of the year or its a overrated meme tumblr game

People call it overrated because tumblr loves it, or because someone said it's better than Call of Mlg420out 4 solid 2015 edition or whatever. It's an excellent game that I'd recommend to almost anyone, with a further recommendation that they stop reading about it before they spoil stuff. Seriously, the less you know for a first playthrough, the better.

The thing is, is that anything can live within the Undertale universe. Making an "OC" for Undertale is going to be a recolor.
