Caribou is back again as Bear_Tracks

No edit: XR caribou has only stated how he has changed but has shown the complete opposite in game. So why would we just mindlessly accept him back into the community

I'm not saying we should. In the case of Caribou, I'm more on the fence because all of his bans have been from recent times and evidence has been uncovered revealing his in game behavior.

In Tony's case, he's been gone for a while so he theoretically had time to condition himself more to the standards of the forums. Now though, he's doing dumb stuff again so I'm anticipating a ban for him soon.

Pie Crust has only been perma'd once so I'm more accepting. I've been perma'd before as well so at this point I think he can do better.
