thats the event itself i believe, powerfists do a guaranteed electric proc

bleed is like the most annoying proc because I rely on shields and nothing else
also I can't spam 4 on trinity to cheese this one

if you have a lot of trouble getting those kills, get someone to help you through the jordas/atlas mission, guaranteed jugg spawn

Thousand Cuts 3rd mission is just impossible with my current level.

And my internet connection is horrendous, so I can't even get someone to do it for me while I tag along.
