I doubt it though, because I looked up '4 minutes to nuclear launch', and literally the only people claiming that it's a 'state secret' are tabloid websites.
But like, are we going to forget that Annoying Orange's whole military rhetoric is basically the equivalent of an avid CoD player giving advice to the US military? He actually thinks that the reason we can't make a sneak attack on one of the largest cities in Iraq is because someone talked about it on the news.
Millions of lives can be lost from that 1 second.
Except they won't, because nobody is going to launch nukes at anyone.
