The knowledge slaves learned when shipped back to Africa helped form slightly more intelligent civilizations.

Slaves that got to stay get to live in America free from disease, poverty (relatively speaking), starvation and dehydration.

So slavery both made Africa a slightly better place and Africans in america are living better than they would if they were still in africa.

If anything, the only downside about slavery and I can back this up with the FBI crime statistics is that black people are actually making this country worse. I mean, look at Detroit.

You can't honestly say slavery didn't positively affected Africans in the future.

If Jitank's Ancestors didn't didn't get sent to Africa he wouldn't even be on these forums right now. What is the percentage of Africans with internet? lol

Friendly reminder that large, stratified, agricultural empires existed in Africa prior to colonialism. Ones that could read and write and would have industrialized at some rate without colonialism.

Yes, there were hunter-gatherer bands in Africa, but there were plenty in Europe and Asia as well.

How long would an agricultural empire last against guns while the Africans are heavily armed with spears?

We enslaved the Africans but killed the Native Americans. It could have been the other way around. If anything, Jitank would have more credibility of his life being hard if he were at least 40% Native American or higher. And I say 40% because full blooded Native Americans are basically near loving extinction. We Americans killed and raped so many Indians that they are technically endangered. They can't even find many pure blood natives to keep their race intact it will soon be fully absorbed by mixed couples.

Not very long, which is why late 19th century colonialists brought gatling guns that made it really easy.

If you're right about anything, it's that Native Americans are essentially at the bottom of the racial hierarchy in the US. That still doesn't justify anything though.

We don't even have Native Americans march in our Thanksgiving day parades. They have to find Puerto ricans dressed up as Native Americans.

who's Native American (in Canada). He's able to buy his other

friends stuff like this

because he gets handouts from the white guilt .gov. Do everyday white Canadians get handouts because the government feels bad for them? I don't think so.

He has a job too, by the way. He's definitely living better than white priveleged me and my mom who live on foodstamps and child support money.

I don't know about the situation in Canada, but Native Americans in the US aren't living the high-life at all. They rank pretty much dead last among other ethnic groups in terms of poverty and educational opportunities.

The tribes that have casinos do a pretty good job at setting up scholarships though. If you're a decent student and can demonstrate blood quanta, you can basically go to college for free.

You missed the point entirely. If colonization never happened in the first place, you would not be able to say whether or not "Africans would benefit from it," since it would have never occurred. As Seventh stated, many African nations were well on their way to becoming industrialized without outsiders' "help."
