It's probably the reason people can't run it through PC, emulating is notoriously hard on the cpu iirc

I'm no expert, but I imagine the difference between emulation and actually porting is that you have to translate the commands while emulating, which basically can multiply the performance cost. For every line that is read, the emulation requires to read a line that says "Translate this to whatever PC works with".

Can I just say that this game would've been received very well if they had slapped an Early Access sticker on it and promised improvement? This is full $60 game that at least 60% of people can't even run.

15-30 FPS is a far cry from "fine".

It has never ran 15 FPS for me on PS4.

As for 30 I can't tell the immediate difference between 30 and 60. You tell me you can tell the difference without the program telling you? Yeah okay lol.
