The quads also spawn whenever you pick up one of those balls.

"Sean lied about multiplayer"
No he didn't
"Y-yeah w-well he lied about other stuff #owned"
Sean definitely lied about multiplayer. You'd have to be one forget of a fanboy to actually think that he didn't lie about it. Whether or not he intentionally lied about it is on the table.. it's obvious that they planned for it to be in the game, but realized last minute that it wasn't going to work out before release date.
What's bad practice is the fact that they're extremely cryptic about multiplayer and try to hide the fact that they couldn't get it into the game with stuff like "oh people met for the first time i cant believe it!"

So the quadrupeds don't exist either?
as far as the average player is concerned:

nope.

Rally seems to think it falls down to Seans phrasing of the word "Yes" when asked if players could run into each other

lmao

nope.
The average player has probably explored a planet that has those balls that spawn them.

how can quadrupeds be real when other players aren't real 😲

as far as the average player is concerned:
nope.

What if I told you that you had to fight a quadruped every single time you pick up an endangered resource?

Does the "average player" just like jerk off in the same system for 11 hours or something?

I'm not gonna lay this stuff out for you friends again, if you wanna sit there and pretend you were lied to because you watched a single interview in 2014 and then never looked for any information after that, that's your problem, I'm not gonna forget with this victim mentality garbage.

What if I told you that you had to fight a quadruped every single time you pick up an endangered resource?
..but every planet has the same resources
it would be cool if it were a risk to special resources that only appear rarely, but what's the point in fighting some super robot just to get the same resource i can get on every other planet

the only reason to do that is specifically to fight the super robot

..but every planet has the same resources

Who is telling you guys this garbage? This is the third time I've heard somebody say this despite being completely incorrect. The only resources that appear on every planet is plutonium, iron, heridium and carbon.

Gravintino balls, vortex cubes, sac venom and albumen pearls are endangered or "protected" resources that are pretty loving rare. Gravintino balls are the most common, then albumen pearls. You find them everywhere (in the galaxy, CERTAINLY not on every planet). I've been on about 4 planets that had sac venom, and one planet with vortex cubes.

i guess i haven't played enough to find any of those

i assumed "endangered" meant regular resources that aren't found on the specific planet very often

Bruh. You're just baiting at this point.

Literally proves my point.

Literally proves my point.

They forgeted up the boxes and had to relabel them, what exactly does this prove?

The boxes had a label on them that showed that multiplayer was indeed planned and possibly half-implemented? Don't tell me you slap random labels on your game's box before it's a confirmed feature.
