As far as I remember in all cases that have been brought to light when action took it was only they key transferred that was revoked.
From what I see here, you are just grasping for straws to get Metario banned since he revealed that Bello was Ravencroft.

And in the case that giving keys out did get the seller/gifter banned plenty of people should be revoked.
There are likely more but I'm not going to dig through general discussion to prove a point.

if you give a revoke-on-sight use a key, all keys associated with that key are revoked. including the giver's. this has happened thousand of times before and you guys should know this particularly you metario because this stuff has already happened to you before

i think multiple instances of gore spam and like 50 revoked keys qualifies someone for the ban on sight list automatically
