When you have a situation where you can be sued for denying someone acess to the men's/women's bathroom because theyre a female/male then youll have people who will abuse the system along with the law that makes it illegal to film in bathrooms to commit rape.

I'd imagine the likelihood is pretty low because a public bathroom is a terrible place to commit a crime that takes any more than a minute, not because there's a sign.

okay obviously there are cases of rape in every social group, but you guys are implying the majority of the transgender community are love offenders or something. All they want to do is just live their lives but in the metaphorical shoes of the opposite gender. Most of the time nobody gives a forget and no harm is done to anybody, so there shouldn't really be an issue.

Well, I'm sure that every person that is capable of handling objects or has functional genitals is a potential rapist. Technically anyone could be a rapist if they had the physical ability.

Although you can also say that anyone is a potential murderer, which is mostly true.
