Tennessee lawmakers blocked from attending state legislative meeting where the decision to gerrymander out the only black representatives in the state was taking place.
Pictured above is state representative Pearson, who is one of the lawmaker's whose district was eliminated and voting constituents absorbed into larger neighboring republican districts. Using the Louisana case that has eliminated all effective legal power of the Voting Rights Act, the lawmakers are seeking to completely eliminate the meager representation that black communities already have in Tennessee, once again proving that without cheating, republicans would never win a single election.
