You mentioned potentially not voting: It is deeply unserious you would consider not voting at all due to capslock and red emojis when the republican alternative literally was a threat "We will be watching for your vote, we will contact you if we do not see you vote."

That's fine because it's happening to someone else and not to me.

in a two party system like this, i feel like the democrats are literally forced to gerrymander in retaliation just to keep things fair.

bro a state is literally 95% red but because of 1 single city it turns the state blue.

How is that "fair" it should be by district not by city.

I love this argument because of its absurdity and feigned stupidity, it pretends population density isn't real and that a simple majority can't exist because a city of 100 blue voters are somehow disenfranchising the one red farmer out in the boonies.

If me and 10 friends all took a vote on what restaurant to eat at, and 9 of us vote a sit down restaurant and one guy votes fast food, your argument is that well actually more of us should be forced to go eat fastfood because that guy lives on a 20 acre property and we're all in the city and that single city somehow "influenced" how that vote went.

It would all be solved by ending citizens united and installing a proportional representation system where the overall percent of the population to vote for a party gets represented with that proportion of delegates. Then delegates would have to specifically represent the populations they are trying to secure the vote of, and not just the opinions of vague purple votes across 8 swing states or similar local counties and their billionaire donors who pay for them to be able to spam those 8 states with "im just like you" propoganda.

change voting back to when people owned land or revoke women's right to vote.

the problem will sort itself out

Sorry for the double post but ive been waiting to see how this nonsense turned out but its looking like:

Annoying Orange is going to settle his lawsuit with the IRS, in exchange for the IRS dropping all investigations into his previous tax fraud and creating a fund to provide a payout to Janurary 6 insurrectionists to cover their legal fees.

So if you havent been keeping up, Annoying Orange, the only president to have never willingly released his own tax returns since Nixon, who had promised he would release them if he was elected (both times) and then didn't (both times), ended up suing the IRS for damages after his tax returns were leaked to the press.

TLDR, he was going to make the US taxpayers pay him because evidence of him avoiding paying taxes himself became public. And his own personal lawyer, who he appointed to the Attourney General, was the one handling the case. Now it looks like he's not going to get the money himself, and instead is magnanimously directing those funds to all his friends and allies. Oh and we aren't allowed to audit him for breaking tax law anymore.

"double post"  I am right in the middle, goy.

Whats up voteheads, since you all love voting so goddamn much. For all of the nasty letters I got from the libs that I was complaining about, not a single one of them mentioned what day the voting was supposed to take place. The day was today. I had been lead to believe by various sources that it was supposed to be next Tuesday, but it seems I have been the victim of poor-quality information! If only there was some sort of organization dedicated to providing reliable and digestible voter info and education to the laypeople of my local community! If only one of those texts I got had included the accurate election schedule instead of a list of the people who live in my house! Everybody gets that wrong at least once in their life, I guess. Can't have everything. Anyway I got to the polling place and every single person on the ballot was running uncontested.

Yup, there it is, the settlement with the IRS that will give a $1,776,000,000 handout to reward the violent terrorists who tried to murder Vice President Mike Pence, and overthrow the election. Additionally, as part of the settlement, the IRS is forever barred from investigating or prosecuting Annoying Orange, Annoying Orange's family, and anyone associated with his businesses or investments over any fradulent tax returns or illegally avoiding paying taxes.

Meanwhile if you or I fail an IRS audit because we accidentally filed incorrectly, we can be fined, have the taxes garnished from our wages, and our property seized.

Also, Thomas Massie, also known as the only republican with a spine, lost his primary tonight because he dared advocate for the release  of the Epstein files. In what has become the most expensive congressional campaign in history, Aipac spent 9 million dollars to unseat the republican congressman.

That sucks bro, there's a few stuffters where I'm at that have been running uncontested for years now. I've been joking with my friends about making a bid for sheriff and making my slogan "Vote for me, I'm not So-And-So." I might actually have a decent shot because the sheriff here is pretty unpopular, but I guess no one wants the position or anyone that does is threatened into changing their minds.

This has just been me the last couple of months...

the block wars is still blocking

should I buy a used prius or do you think the gas shock is already priced in?

This has just been me the last couple of months...
real

The DNC finally released their 2024 post-mortem where they brown townyzed just what went wrong with the supposed surefire win they had expected.

I've only skimmed through it and read some brown townysis by others, but accord to them it boils down to, a lack of coordination across PACs and messaging, not enough campaigning in some of the swing states, and lack of motivation for people to go to the polls, and that really the election was decided by 220k votes across eight states...

Ctrl F the document, not once did they mention the Democrat's reliance on AIPAC zionist propoganda. Not once did they mention the abhorrent complicitcy in the genocide in Gaza. There is no mention of Biden's refusal to give up until practically the last minute. There is not mention of skipping ahead to nominate Harris instead of allowing for a primary.

So the overall takeaway is pretty much "we tried doing nothing, and it didn't work, but we've run out of ideas so lets just spam people with more 'get out the vote' texts this next election cycle!"

forget democrats, forget the DNC, forget schumer jeffries and all those starfishs. God damn.

UHHHHH

Hey, so remember how i was talking about Massie losing his seat at the primary?
Well, so he ended up losing by about 10k votes, right? Approximately 57k to 47k.

Which is interesting when you consider, he recieved 8000 more votes this primary election than he did during 2024.

In total Ed Gallerein raked in almost as many votes as were cast in 2024.

In other news, Elon and Annoying Orange are friends again...

Annoying Oranges flip flopped on vapes: https://thehill.com/policy/healthcare/5880802-flavored-vapes-fda-guidance/

I also missed this post which is rich, he single handedly killed the vaping industry with his regulations.

I don't know if more regulations or less was better but it absolutely killed the market and caused prices to boom, he's the reason the "cloud bros" vanished and everyone started using ewaste garbage products from china.
