I don't think such an addon exists

Several updates ago, when running and suiciding, your corpse would stop dead in it's tracks and fall to the ground, but since then, you can run in a direction and Self Delete, and your body will actually go in that direction

Maybe the the same thing, or something similar, is wrong with NPC corpses that maybe only Garry can fix?

The fact that he blew up while trying to get to the Combine Overworld before he could go through with his deal with the Advisors that had something to do with his body becoming a host for something

And the fact that his voice actor is dead, it's probably gonna be difficult to find a replacement if for some reason he does make a return

Gordon survived, he doesn't have any helmet on either, his head was completely exposed.

Breen could've ended up being teleported right before the Citadel blew up.

However, with his voice actor being dead, I dunno, they could give him a more older voice actor or something like that

One of Valve's writers wrote some short fiction on Twitter that indicated that Breen was transferred to a combine host body at the last minute, no idea if it'll end up canon or not though.

If it does end up canon however it indicates that Breen was [SPOILER?] trying to infiltrate the combine as a double agent [SPOILER?]

Breen could've ended up being teleported right before the Citadel blew up.

That hardly seems like the case to me, it looked like he blew up before he could be teleported out, and he was never heard from again, and even if he was teleported to the Overworld, the portal was nullified by the rocket in Episode Two

But the one thing about Breen that confuses me is that "You need me." line he says as you blow up his citadel, his voice sounds altered and it's unknown as to what he meant by it

Er, what? He's still a pawn of the combine, they just gave him control of earth since he was the guy who organized the surrender of humanity during the 7 hour war.
