I made a tank, I think it went nice (if it werent for the colors :c)

Yeah, it's too bad the colors are off, but it is other pretty neat. :)

I like it. Reminds me of classic lego ships I used to build when I was 9. They were so cool. I have them on MOCPages somewhere. Plus this stuffty Machine Gun I made. Here's the gun

Oh the nine year old nostalgia.

That tank and the crashed plane reminded me of my first post here. I think it was a helicopter.

Where's the Spinosaurous that kills the t-Rex and eats the pilot

I just went to the toy store today, and bought a LEGO giraffe polybag. I think I'm going to start collecting LEGO's. I mainly like the monthly mini-builds though, they're small, extremely portable, fun to use over and over again, and they do have value. Do you collect any LEGO's, if so what type do you like the most?

Play is getting serious up in here! Basically lego has opened up this small little (line?) group of sets called SERIOUS PLAY® selling tons of useful bricks in large batches, the problem is though, its way over priced. The targeted audience for this seems to be adult lego fans and companies that want to do team building exercises by building together. I do not plan on putting down $800 for one of these though. It also seems it is put in the items descriptions that the three large sets are suppose to be used together for a total price of $2029.97 USD, and for that you get 9774 bricks. About $4.82 dollars per brick.

eaugh.

Anyways, I finally think I have the pieces to start building Aremac in conjunction to Camera that I built earlier, the head is giving me serious trouble though and I'm wondering if it's even worth the extra bricks crammed into 1 cubic inch to get detail over proportion.

I have about 3000 star wars pieces I might put together into my own spaceship

nice maths skills
that would actually be about 20 cents per brick, which is double the price of a regular brick which is usually 10 cents, depending on the set. Licensed themes (e.g. starwars) usually are around 10 - 15 cents per brick since george lucas needs more starwars money.

That said, I would kill to work at a job that has LEGO team building exercises, or like a giant tub of LEGO in the break room that you can add on to a little LEGO town during your break. that would kick ass.

this is every lego fan's dream
I get the point of this, but it seems a little redundant doesn't it? It's a set full of LEGO bricks specifically for building architectural buildings and stuff, but that's already what LEGO is anyways.

I mean I get that it gives you a bunch of clean white bricks and a book for teaching you architectural stuff, but couldn't they just sell the book separate?

Camera is Lego cyborg!

Camera is Lego cyborg!

When appliances get older, they are able to upgrade into humanoid automatons.
