I think it won't matter if your folders aren't there, just install them as you normally would.  SPC(Single Player Commands) is a great mod, and More Creeps and Weirdos is amazing, as well.  Mo' Creatures is great, too.  You got a good eye for mods.

i tried putting mo' creatures on my desktop, i broke minecraft. no matter how many things i delete or how many times i redownload it's still broken.

Delete EVERYTHING.  The ENTIRE .minecraft folder.

I've installed maybe like 7-8 mods now.  It's not rocket science.

i've deleated every file liked to minecraft. every backup, every mod, every save. EVERYTHING. it still shows a black screen or freezes upon load every loving time.

Go to where the .minecraft folder is.  Delete that folder PERMANENTLY using shift+del.

Try playing again.

If it still doesn't work then you either did something else to break it or hardware issue.
