I don't even remember how I first got into minecraft, I just remember reading the wiki for hours on end and turning it on for the first time after the roblox server I was on was hacked

I discovered Minecraft through Kootra

I found him through an old "Sentry Gun Madness" video of his from when I was in to Call Of Duty.

I actually found out about Minecraft through an ad on the interwebs. Luckily it wasn't a virus, and my parents were nice enough to shell out the $20 to buy me it back during beta 1.4.7 or so.

Speaking of which, WHEN did you guys get Minecraft? As I've said, I got it around 1.4.7, what about y'all?
