i'm trying to get mcpatcher and forge to work together but the patcher refuses to acknowledge the forge-modded game files
i think it may have something to do with the fact that forge doesn't create a .jar file and one isn't created when i start a game

i wish i knew how to put those cool shaders in minecraft

How do shaders look on amplified worlds

jungles are still a thing right

i've gone out 8000 blocks and i have yet to find one

i just want the jungle wood ;---;

try amidst if you need to
it's pretty neat, just put in the seed and it'll show you everything useful

I wish Minecraft had better mapping tools in-game

Maps are fine and all but even the largest one doesn't cover much land relatively speaking and you've got to keep pulling it out to mark the terrain (1.9 might make that better)

at least they added prettiness when putting maps on walls

Biggest problem with 1.9 is that its going to take at least a year or longer for mod developers to update their mods.

Also am I reading this correctly? Shaders are going to be a default function of Minecraft now? That would mean the shaders mod is irrelevant and no more Forge would be needed to just run shaders, though I do find optifine a necessary thing due to how Minecraft performs even on a high end machine, I blame java.

it's an smp server though and i don't think the admin will give me the seed

i found a god damn mushroom island and have yet to find a jungle what is this game

I was pretty sure optifine was running on java too
if you're fine with MC + optifine together, how are you not fine with it running on java?
so many people say stuff about java without actually thinking about it

I find jungles all the time

try using nether portals as transportation

optifine is only necessary for low-grade computers (obviously)
other than that it has some features like zooming in and stuff

and people like to use it to disable the weather
even though the weather is nice and pretty
