Still haven't found a use for yellowstone. :/

On the bright side, I've died at least ten times in the last hour and farmed a bunch of grilled pork.

EDIT: Also, someone try to craft yellowstone around a sword. I wanted to give that a try, but complications happened.

I just fought 3 creepers that came from the same little tunnel. Like a conga-line of explosive cucumbers.

How lucky do you have to be?

Build a portal in the Nether and come out to this.

You're not alone.

Go to a workbench, and fill all the squares with a piece. Ta Da! Australium!

It can be used as a light source.

a light source that looks way cooler than a commoner's torch, and less dangerous than lava

HOW TO UPDATE TO NEW VERSION IF YOU ARE GETTING "ERROR" MESSAGES
Might also work if you are not getting them.

Re-download the Minecraft.exe from here

Go to "C:\Documents and Settings\Your User Name\Application Data\.minecraft" (That's for XP, I don't know what it is for Vista/7) And rename your bin folder to something like "bin_Pre-Hallo" or delete if you feel safe.

Run Minecraft.

It worked for me, dunno about you guys. might was well try.

I was hoping to make something new, but still, that's kinda cool. Thanks for that, Rookie. :D
