Hosting.  No mobs, but no giving.

Just doing an RP I guess or some stuff.  Same general rules apply.

Horrible lag, can't even pick up a block after 5 minutes.

It's on your end.

Most people don't report lag unless they either have stuffty internet, stuffty computer, both or just have too high of a ping (i.e. from China).

1. Have a desktop computer that has at least 4-6GB of RAM, and at least a quad-core processor.  GPU helps if you're gonna be playing at the same time while hosting like I do.
2. Have a great internet connection, especially with upload.  If you download from Steam at less than 1 MB/s, you shouldn't be hosting.
3. Forward port 25565.
4. Host.
