Minecraft Megathread; yeah its update 1.12 big whoop what about it

In multi-player servers everything is extremely laggy, like the chat, and it takes forever for a mob to see you and attack you. When they do finally attack, it lags so They are constantly attacking even if you are a large distance away from them. The mobs are also impossible to kill, because it takes forever for the damage to get to them. I'm assuming this is just stuff is just because multi-player servers are still being tested/worked on, but it may just be my stuffty computer. Any help with this?

It really depends on the Host's and your connections. If your computer isn't all that great, it's probably just your connection.

Working on a new house. The wall in the background is about 200 blocks long, 7 or more blocks tall at all points, and 6 blocks thick. It is hollow, but it's also completely legit.

hi justin you have to stop playing minecraft, or if that doesnt help it, go to the task manager and delete everything that is running java, then delete it.

Open Winrar for whatever mod and drag the files in side to the mincraft JAR. Open minecraft JAR also.
If that doesn't work, redownloaded the mod and Winrar and try again.
If that fails, you're screwed.

i do what i told him, and it works all the time for me. he said that whenever he drags mods in the.JAR file, it doesnt work. you told him to put the mods in the .JAR file. minecraft.jar is the same god damn thing as the .jar file. Redownloading the mod and winrar wont do anything. Winrar obviously didnt do anything, The mod either has been outdated, never been updated to the actual version of the game. So im not stupid bro
