It's not supposed to be super good looking or detailed. It's the default textures made using only the default textures scaled down to make each pixel of it.

Kinda like when people make a logo using only several tiny pictures of faces.

protip: Greenshot + imgur = better than Gyazo

Delete the world folder from the server folder and connect to localhost (or 127.0.0.1) when it's done generating the new world.
