I know I say this a lot, but use Magic Launcher. You can modify the RAM allocation from the GUI. You can also have it run Minecraft in a larger window, or even fullscreen by default.

hell, ill try it it keeps on saying javaw is not recognized even though the video is telling me to do exactly that.
i keep on getting an error

save as minecraft.bat
Also change the bath to minecraft.exe if you don't have it on your desktop

uninstalled 32 bit java, installed the 64 bit. seems to be working. it says 100%, thats good right? or should i go lower?

kept on giving me an error relating to the javaw, i assume that since im using the 64 bit java that would work now but im using the magic launcher.
