Modding myself didn't go as anticipated. Have a thread on the Minecraft Forums, hoping someone will make this Zombie Survival mod.

So I'm building a some kind of self-contained city-ish thing. Just finished the sewers. Here's a map of it.

This alone took me like 4 hours.

Too many logs and not enough coal?

One piece of coal can cook 8 logs into charcoal. Charcoal is basically the same thing as coal, only acquired quickly.

Unlike coal, charcoal is an easier-to-renew resource. All you have to do is grow a tree!

1 coal + 8 logs = 8 charcoal + 64 logs = 64 charcoal.

I'm sure most people know this, Not trying to start anything or what ever. It just seems like common sense to me.

so it would take 1 + 1 + 8 + 64 logs to make 64 charcoal

building a blaze farm is the best way to acquire fuel for your furnaces because rods are more efficient. The only problem is that for some reason they chose 12 and not a number that goes into 64.

you should all get in on this stuff
