that's the thing, him complaining here isn't going to change anything. it's not like the devs regularly browse this thread, or even know about it.

It's more people always make his bullstuff complaints, and when asked how THEY would fix it, they just go "I don't know, forget you, I'm always right." When you take the point of view of a developer for a game with a million or two active players (out of the 8 million?), you're not about to make really stupid changes which do fix things but forget over people in return.
