Everything.

I might look different it increase the slope of the back part of the neck, I'll change it in a sec.

That won't fix it. Pretty much the entire thing is wrong, as others have already said. I could go into details, but it will just be a long post describing how everything is wrong.

May as well just draw another and try to pay more attention next time.

Then PM what I should do, help me rather then say "pay better attention"

I'll just respond here.

The head is a little too short, it should be longer from left to right at that angle as well as stick a lot further out. All animals (Edit: ok not all, but almost all) have an arc/hump on their back where the shoulders end. Even a human in the same position will create a hump in the back because of how the shoulders work. Also, the front legs flow FROM this hump, otherwise it won't look natural. In-fact, there are a lot of similarities in the human body and animal bodies, and once you realize this similarity in structure, they become easier to draw.

You'd pretty much just have to draw it again and keep things like these in mind when you use your reference. Also try to draw it in the same shaped area so you are less likely to mess up proportions. Start with the most basic shape you can think of and work from that. Match shapes until it looks right.

If you look at this picture you can see what I said was true. Picture was taken from a random Google search. It's only here to show Orange Wolf what a tiger looks like.

Alright, thanks, I'll try a redraw.

Oh good, I have a few pieces of cartoony art to show you.
Be warned, they aren't even half as good as anything else here.

I've got a few more, but the posting thing is stuffing.
That blockhead is pretty cool looking

That blockhead is pretty cool looking
Although it looks like he has thumbless mittens for feet or something :o

Head is the only part that looks 3D. The rest is flat as can be, and is mainly why the whole thing looks kinda weird. Looks like he drew the head first, then got confused as to what angles other stuff would be, so just made flat shapes and only did one shade.

Background is way too blurry.

Cue Flying Lotus

These are photos of the model trains at my state fair, but I think they resemble tilt shift photography.
