not-amen, the passing was loving awesome >:C
No it wasn't. It was boring as forget and just ew. It felt really unfinished, just like Crash Course. It was also too short.

I can agree it was too short, but it was fun and looked nice >:C

It looked nice, but I didn't think it was that fun. There wasn't even a crescendo event in every level, just in the second which made it very boring :\

yeah, if you like the same stuff over and over

i had more fun playing dead center by myself.

and like nick said, it did feel unfinished. they could have done so much more with it. having the other group just standing up on that bridge was so pointless.

even if they didn't promise 8 player coop, they could have at least done 4 player coop with 3 bots, and made the gameplay of it a lot more chaotic or difficult.

it didn't really feel any different than any other l4d2 campaign. it was bland, boring and had no personality whatsoever.

The new Left 4 Dead 2 DLC, "The Passing", is out today for the Xbox 360 (560 MS Points) and PC ($0.00).

lolol

it sucked ass
everyone expected something better
like, 8 player coop
or survivor bots
or stuff

they never said that, that's your problem assuming stuff

For pc it's free what did you suspect for it to double the gameplay of the hole game? seriously stop crying

It's free for the PC, loving deal with it.

It's fine as it is. It was fun and honestly 8 player co-op would suck.

dude, L4D2 campaigns are better than L4D's in almost every way. L4D was creepier though and it felt more scary-game like

this, valve already said that you couldn't play as the old l4d characters so quit your yapping people

It was all boring except for the very beginning. By "interactions", I assumed the old guys would be bots, more dialouge, or even a finishing cutscene.

But no, all we got was about 2 minutes total of them talking to eachother, beginning and end combined.
Dark? Like L4D?
The only part that felt even remotely close to L4D was inside the sewer. Gameplaywise, that was the most fun in The Passing. Everything else just felt like a raining version of The Parish.
No, for modders. We now have the original survivors using the new SI names, for instance. While the Passing is a bad example of Valve's work, it's a milestone for modders.

"Making a game so confusing on if you like it or not even though it is opinion will be the easiest thing they do today."

2 words about this.
forget.
YES.
