I bought terraria because of jessie and totalbiscuit's let's play and honestly, I don't regret it. It was fun while I played it, and it was fun when I went back to it months later, the issue is that it has no longevity. It's sad the debs quit, but honestly, there wasn't much they could do to make the game actually better without reinventing it.

I know this is a quote for a while ago, but coop/PVP/mods might elongate replay-ability if you haven't done any of them.
