This week is going to be off the hook #BF3Ian Tornay, EA's newest Battlefield 3 community manager also informed us that the beta will only be multiplayer. Meaning no co-op or singleplayer campaign missions. There have been many rumors stating that we will get a few missions (five) in the singleplayer Battlefield 3 beta, but this is all false information. It should be noted that stats are likely to be reset once the game is released, so if you earn a bunch of points in the beta, those will not carry over to release. Giving everyone a level playing field on Battlefield 3's release day: October 25, 2011.

The official Italian Battlefield Facebook page was updated with a bit of interesting information. The text simple says,
"Domani ragazzi seguiteci...ci sono delle news su qualcosa che state aspettando da tempo..." which translates to:
Tomorrow guys follow us... there are some news about something you have been waiting a long time...Well if I'm correct the biggest thing that the Battlefield 3 community has been waiting for lately is the beta. The end of the month is coming fast and EA has a limited amount of time to release the beta. It's been known that the Battlefield 3 beta was approved for the PS3, but was waiting on Microsoft. The Battlefield 3 beta has probably been approved on both systems and we'll be seeing it very soon! To help fuel the fire, check out locust9's (David Goldfarb - Lead Designer) latest tweet:
