There needs to be more differences in body shape. Fatsos, dwarves, bean-stalks, you name it. Not just standard-fare.
Fallout 1 and 2 had many generic dwarves and 2 fat guys; Vic and Big Jesus.

They were children.

They were children.
But the guy in the NCR capital who runs the gun store is a dwarf wearing a red bandana and his 2 armed gaurds with Bozars.

Oh him, yeah that's the only midget. Everyone else is children.

I had a thought of this once before. Let's say you break some doors, glass etc.

Now will an NPC fix those doors and glass or would they randomly re-spawn the next day like your average game?

If I were going to make a game, everything you break an NPC will try to fix it the following day. If you kill the person fixing it then it may never get fixed again.
That's a good point. Breakable windows however would create an issue with buildings and the world being different places, each having to be loaded when going between them.

Bethesda should totally get going on the next Fallout. :D

Fallout 4 should let you use explosives to blown down doors like the old ones did.

It wont if Bethesda is taking over.

It wont if Bethesda is taking over.
If you don't like the way Bethesda makes games, then stop playing them.

Bethesda already bought the rights.

This is what the roads should look like:

You know what I hate about Fallout 3? The lack of detail. Unique weapons look the same as their counterpart, you always hear the same voice twice, lack of drug dealers and rapists, lack of smuggling, lack of cities, lack of weapons, lack of tribes, etc.

New Vegas fixes this by adding different looks to unique weapons, there is much more voices you will never hear the same voice twice (usually), there are a stuffload of drug dealers and rapists (go hang around freeside you will hear women scream rape every 5 loving seconds), you have drug and alcohol smugglers, there is more weapons you can shake a  stick at, clan factions, etc.

I honestly think Obsidian should continue working on Fallout 4 or at least work together with Bethesda on Fallout 4. If you think about it Bethesda's fallout 3 is a kid game compared to Fallout: New Vegas.

I spent over 30,000 caps to this random doctor I found in New Vegas and she gave me steel skin, faster health, more strength, more agility and more charisma.

That's because new vegas is set in a area like that, Fallout 3 wasn't.

I lost a game of caravan to that cheating bastard Ringo, here's the end result.

100 explosive skill and high-explosive rockets made a great investment.

thanks  Tony thats awesome

Finally, I see someone isn't scared of playing hardcore mode. I personally love it.
