I chose a spot which said Shallow metals and deep metals
so I should be fine.

I decided to flood it anyway and the water looks like it will be to much and spill out into the hallway
does water travel down stairs?
my farm is a level above the rest of the base because I needed the access to the water.

It's okay, the water did rush the hall but I managed to wall it off before it happened. Now the water is settling in and turning to mud.



Well, it has become quite clear to me that it was a great idea to decide to learn how to play this game.

I throw rocks at people and during the night I break into local stores to make shady jackets.
On full moons I break the local stores' cupboards and chase the children around.

Throwing is so insanely overpowered, it's hilarious. As long as you're standing in a place where you can pick up rocks you can fight off an entire army.

Hnnnggg. I'm all of the sudden getting lots of crashes during Fortress mode.
What... What the forget? I crash when ever I use 'K' to inspect things.
... forget.
Edit: Wow, okay what. It's not crashing anymore.
Edit 2: forget! forget forget forget! It was TrueType fonts. That made me crash on using 'Look Around' which is bullstuff because it was working before.
Wasted at least two loving hours. richardS.

urgh now the font is all big and ugly
