I propose that there be mandatory sharing of alien tech. Without that, we won't be able to receive it with the aliens gone.

The Commissariat of Foreign Affairs, in response to the issues regarding alien presence and technology, propose this resolution:

     -That Alien any property of alien origin, be it for military or civilian use, or in any form, be it physical or cybernetic, telepathic, or any other form be banned from entering Cerio or it's surrounding moons.
     -That any alien presence on Cerio or the surrounding moons be prohibited.
     -That any alien ship other than ships meant for diplomatic endeavors with the nations of Cerio be prohibited from entering orbit.
    
The following applies to nations who are currently in possession of alien technology/data.

     -That any nation reserves the right to these materials and can do what it sees fit.
     -That any nation that is in possession of alien materials reserves the right to distribute these materials to any other certified nation of the world.
     -Any nation in possession of alien technology be responsible for keeping it out of the hands of malicious groups and terrorists organizations.
