150 FPS on max settings looking at the particle mindforget effects of the Marker.

I have a buddy that will pay me $80 if I build him a PC. He wants to be able to watch movies, play music, and some games.

I need an up-to-date build around $300-375

$300 - 375 isn't even worth getting a new computer yet.  Save up some more money lol

He's paying for it, that's his price range.

Price range isn't changing. I need the build.

Tell him that's not nearly enough unless he's going to re-use parts of his old machine. Underspending on computer parts is just as bad as overspending, as you'll have to replace everything within just a few years.

He doesn't want to do anything fancy. Music and movies, and low-end games.
He is fully aware that it will be a cheaper PC. I need the build, can anyone help me out?

im thinking of adding more RAM to my computer i built a few months ago, i am aware that the RAM needs to be exactly the same as the other RAM sticks i already have for the new RAM to work.

CPU-z says i have this RAM, newegg also says this is the RAM i bought.

http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231179&name=Desktop-Memory

the problem i am having is not with anything you would expect, its just that the packaging on this RAM is different from the RAm i originally got.

dont loving comment on the graphics card beside it i returned it and got a better one forget sakes

should i get more of the RAM cpu-z and newegg said i had?

Stop buying DDR2 whats wrong with you

Whoop, same dseign as the DDR2 one, sorry.

why does ddr2 cost 3 times as much as ddr3. even back when they were both in full production.

might be harder to mass produce, just like how motherboards with older sockets sometimes cost more
