What were you accused of?
This seems like you are just trying to get out of your ban. You were most likely banned for a legitimate reason.
Anyways, you wouldn't be perma-banned unless you really did something bad, and I believe the admins usually check the logs again to make sure you did say some things or do some things which are permaban-worthy, before they permaban you.

If my memory serves me correctly, I was supposed to look into the ban which turned out to be issued because of the whole drunk russian incident, found a topic here after some digging http://forum.blockland.us/index.php?topic=268830.0
I personally remember it had something to do with a sister, oh right. Tills is supposed to be your sister and "got a hold of your key". Turns out we have another instance of banlogs which confused me for a bit, but here's what I could gather up. I feel like I've dealt with this before and decided to not revoke the ban.

Definitely not a "3 yr ban"...
Lots of evidence to keep banned... a.k.a. IP
Only reason for being unbanned is "I have been framed"
However, whoever DDOS'd the server could have been great at hacking, and could've took Crazy's IP and framed it at the server. On the other hand, why Crazy's IP?
I am not saying that he absolutely did not DDOS the server, it just could be a possibility.

Edit: Pecon did say that you have a history of bans, as shown by Tophat, and doesn't want you on the server anymore. This, in my opinion, says it all and pretty much end of discussion. Pecon is the owner and has the final decision on anything, and if she says you're perma-banned, you're perma-banned.
Let's put this in a different perspective. If you are working, and "someone else framed you for something", and the boss fires you, and you beg to be let back in. The boss sees that you have done some other things in the past during work, and won't let you work for him/her again. End of story.

Framed. Really. Framed for 3 years? In the Drunk Russian situation, as far as we're concerned he was involved somehow but that's not the main reason he's banned. He's banned because he himself has proven to be an ass and his "sister" has been banned multiple times as well.

In addition to this, DDOS attacks are really easy to accomplish just using money rather than any kind of skill. They've become well attributed with wannabe hackers.

I haven't been to the server and a whole but off topic but Viso when did you return to blockland? I thought you said you were gonna quit after the master server spam controversy

Or else I'm plain wrong but I remember something about this

He came back a while ago, hes changed though and is a lot better.

Been so busy with high school stuff, havent been able to get on during the anniversary, but prob during thanksgiving break I could get on and see what changed and such. Unless my package comes and then ill be playin a dif game all break :(

Yeah, I did come back, but I made a decision: Change personality in a good way or don't join Blockland again. Some people still blame me for master server spam, honestly I didn't do it, if you want I can explain more in a PM, I don't really want to go off topic about it here.
