I have dreams like this all the time in various video games, I once dreamed I was Mr. Game and Watch

I've done it a bit too much and now I can lucid dream without even trying. It doesn't happen as often when I go somewhere else, but I still get them.
Also, you REALLY don't want to know what I dream about.

I have ADHD so I can't sit still at all :c

I tried last night and I started twitching and my muscles where tensing. Eventually it started moving me :P
Clearly I need to control myself better.

To enter SP, yes. It's better to not interact with your thoughts, but instead ignore them and let your mind go on it's own.

Unless you are active WILDing. You visualize a dream scene in that case as vivid as you can until eventually your mind compensates that into the dream making stuff.

You just tried it. WILDing is keeping your mind awake while your body sleeps. :l Staying conscious for sleep paralysis.

What I read on the internet is that you sleep then wake yourself up with an alarm clock and start WILDing. I think that would make it MUCH easier.

Last night I was lying down for like 50 minutes, didn't move at all, eyes closed, then I got tense. I was like "THIS IS IT!" and my dad went "MMMMMMMMMMMRAAAAAAAAAAAAHAHAH AHAHA" from the other room. I couldn't move and started being scared as forget, I closed my eyes and about 12 seconds later all of my body twitched all at once, I started sweating and I was super warm. :c
