What do the personnel levels means? What's D-class, etc
D-class are literally inmates taken from prison, or other staff who have broken the SCP rules. They're lab rats.
O5-### are officials, who are usually stationed to study or control specific SCPs.
Level clearance is just a global thing. Everyone has their own clearance level.
Ah, I see. So you're allowed to submit your own one of these whenever?
