Ipquarx I am getting fed up of your passive aggressive tone. I am not sure exactly what your problem is but I ask you first get your facts straight before being so vocal.
It is charachter substitution that only works on two clients that have this one exact mod, in the exact same server, at the same time.
It doesn't only work on two clients. It works on any server, with any amount of people who share the mod. Just like any other clientsided add-on, it is up to the person who wants to see cyrillic to use it. As I previously stated, we did not add server side features because it'd still require the client and it seemed un-necessary.
On top of that, most Russian people wouldn't even understand this topic, because they don't read English.
I am offended that you haven't even bothered to read the first lines of the topic (which clearly have Russian text in them to allow Russian players to search) but still persist in acting like you are an expert on this mod.
Much of what you have said so far is wrong.
