yea seems to me they were just toying with him for the attention
or they were all working together, him for the publicity them for the 'lulz'.. but i doubt that, pl doesn't seem like he'd do that

teemo became really op and near the end i couldnt do anything to anyone

hurricane in general is a bad idea, even when it seems to have "synergy" with the champion, it's a terrible idea.

In general i avoid Hurricane and Statikk Shiv.
And instead replace them with Phantom Dancer(s)!

statikk shiv is a preference. it's really good in some ways, it's usually 50/50 for me when i play an adc that isn't ezreal, which is the one i mostly play (since i don't take either item because both are garbage on him). hurricane should always be avoided.

Zephyr isn't a terrible idea; Late game you can replace your boots with it for a little bit of a buff; But that only goes for when you're ADC and your team actually knows how to peel for you, as 9 times out of 10, having hurricane late game instead of boots will make you lose 15-20 movespeed points, or more. That doesn't sound like much, but it could make the difference between you being in range for ww's ult or grabbing that thresh lantern.

As far as hurricane goes, the only champion I would build it on is twitch or varus because mass passive stacks for everyone, and occasionally on Jinx because of her rockets.
