We will allow one representative from each country to enter the facility and verify that said things are not taking place.

One representative and their guards.

One Erinamese representative and his guards enter.

Kintharia is not sending in an unguarded representative how dumb do you think I am

Kintharia is not sending in an unguarded representative how dumb do you think I am

He means this:
One representative and their guards.

Guards are told to stay behind.
Sketchy...

May we send only two guards each?

We're not letting armed men who could harm the civilian populous in.

The Erinamese representative is given a tour of the massive facility and is released 6 hours later.

The Erinamese representative feels uncomfortable after leaving the facility, having received numerous dirty looks from soldiers and civilians alike.

However he confirms that there is no suspicious activity.

A Kintharian official meets the Erinaumese official once he leaves the underground, muttering "They're hiding something."

However he confirms that there is no suspicious activity.
I wouldn't be too sure about that.  The representative recalls that certain doors were left unopened, with guards watching them.  A cart of unknown objects covered in a black tarp was being shipped, while being guarded by two men, and snipers were perched at numerous stations.

Telar would like to send in a representative.

Gonna be sending the Hon. J. T. Hornburg. Historically, people hate him, so the civilian hostility won't faze him.

As I see it, we're being too soft for the sake of civilians. While I'd have just screwed the populous and laced their air with toxins or something, we've wasted time. Though I'm sure blazer would've had some WMD blow up down there if we'd done things my way, I still say force is the solution. Telar gives consideration to reopening Project E.

As far as the argument against using flamethrowers should this fail, I'm assuming that the tech is locked up in a room that's more than fireproof. Flamethrowers would serve the purpose of eating up air, hurt militants inside, not affect tech. Hoping it won't come to that though.

More Floating Fortresses and improved moon base. Lunar city receives its first inhabitants, people will be regularly shipped up there until the city is mostly full.

Or we could just wait this out and when push comes to shove, use nonlethal tactics that are more effective than their weaponry?
