Any crime above assault is an execution. Like murder, rape, robbing a bank, etc.

If there is a riot in your capital with 20+ men armed with military grade weapons and mechs who are shooting down gunships with RPG's, are you going to send in people with M9's and kevlar that can barely stop a pistol round or the military?

Would I do it if it weren't war? No.
Is this war? Yes, or at least it was; now it's some kind of diplomatic struggle to get the bunker dwellers to surrender.

Either way, war by nature is inhumane. I merely waged war in a standard fashion, I did not single out civilians or go out of my way to spare them. Civilians die in all wars. Reality.
