The point is now you have a superweapon to push everybody around with, get going on that guys. I know "no nukes" but if anybody really wanted to kill everybody the amount of nuclear arms that would be in possesion would blow this loving planet to hell.
A teaspoon or two could easily vaporize this planet.

The AMX shells that are fitted to the Leviathan-X Railgun only contain 1 gram of antimatter. There are only 4 such shells in existence.

They are outfitted for only ISUs (Interstellar Units)
They are only to be used if any hostile alien race confronts us.

The PHMA Peace council decided that it was too much power to be available for one man to wield against another. It should be used in defense of the human race.

If you really wanted to remove something from existance, just load a refridgerator full of antimatter into the railgun.
