NO MY PRECIOUS

Yep. Calling dibs on dem mechs though. And the stealth suits.
What about me :C.

forget yourself with a railgun

No but seriously, the PHMA are the ones who are breaking the line, the ones risking lives to get in. You aren't entitled to anything just because you were allies with NM.

What about the existing populous down there?  If we try to steal their stuff, it's not like they will willingly let us form a pro-PHMA government down there.

Plus, aren't a good deal of them old government officials that have showed hostility towards the PHMA?  I would think that picking someone from the surface would be a better idea, since they have seen aid come in from other countries.

However, it would help a TON if Telar stops blowing up NM.

Teleri forces withdraw to the beachhead. Floating Fortresses withdraw and jet raids stop.

Since the rest of the PHMA seems so opposed to an actual military invasion of New Manhattan, so be it. My forces will be readying themselves for the final attack. Until then, the bombardment stops. I still think that we should hammer all of it that's not in our possession until we own it all. I still lay claim to a good 1/4 of any loot when it comes. Meanwhile Telar will regularly be detonating EMPs where there's a fair chance that there's an entrance to the underground in hopes of disrupting systems down there.

More Floating Fortresses and better moon base. Construction on lunar city going well with many of the housing and power structures completed.

Happy now?

Yes, except for the EMP part.  Wouldn't it be better to initiate Projekt: Hive or just send in ERUs* to destroy any fortifications?

*Erinamese Robotic Units (They have their own AI and can be programmed on the battlefield)

Nein.

A fool seeks to do battle and then win. The victor wins and then goes to battle.
   -Confucius? Timur? Some Asiatic.

I'm assuming that what would at this point be a few years of shelling would have destroyed any above ground fortifications. At this point the EMPs are designed to knock out enemy power (hopefully opening their minds to surrender), if that fails, then flooding the place with tear gas &c. should be the next step, then if all that has failed to bring a surrender, we should attack.

The UCSCian government hate how they are doing stuff to NM.

:CCCC

But EMPs will also knock out all ERUs in the area currently rebuilding the city.

Yes, I know that quote, but sending in a few ERAUs (Attack Unit) and ERLU-523s (Most up-to-date mining robot with diamond-tipped drills and lasers for drilling (modified for cutting wires)) couldn't hurt.

EMPs might also damage any technology down there, making the bounty less rewarding.

The other side of it is to send PH (Projekt: Hive) units down to just forget every single soldier down there.  They're friggin' armored arthropods the size of a small sedan.

The people underground aren't hostile you forgettards what the forget.

EDIT:  Your bug tanks were voided too SWAT just because everyone left doesn't mean free reign.

The people underground aren't hostile you forgettards what the forget.*

EDIT:  Your bug tanks were voided too SWAT just because everyone left doesn't mean free reign.
Then if they were voided, wouldn't yours and Telar's super soldiers be voided as well.

It's a hybrid of 3 things:

Erinamese AI programming for robotics
Mechanical implants initially made by New Manhattan.
Teleri "Super-Animal" technology.

Super arthropods with mechanical implants and armor with AI programming from Erinaum.  Really, it's just drawn from other nations' inventions.

There are the few, however, who remain underground, in the massive facility that spans under the entire city and then some.  They wish for only peace, but are forced to shoot anyone that enters their dwelling.

You could always have the bunker dwellers surrender blazer. We do what we are forced to in order to improve our nations.

Telar will stop with the EMPs. Tear gas time. I'm expecting gas masks, so I'd say the assault on the bunker is inevitable because, let's face it, gas masks will make the tear gas rather ineffective. It's either that or I flood the place with gasoline and start dropping in matches. Maybe just flamethrowers will work. Telar's mechs do have flamethrowers, so, yeah, tear gas then flamethrowers.

If all that has failed to bring a surrender, I'd say send in the giant bugs, and if they're still considered void, we try a real attack. Stealth suited shock troopers with knives and wire cutters. Followed, quite probably, by a war of flamethrowers in the tunnels.

Hey now, we gotta save the tech inside.  Torching the whole thing won't help one bit.

You guys are idiots.

The only reason they shoot everyone is because everyone is so damn hostile.

MAYBE IF YOU AREN'T SO loving HOSTILE, THEN THEY WON'T SHOOT YOU, YOU DOLTS.

I think they got the message when Pleth bombarded the place.
