Sorry for the delay applying contract extensions - I can now confirm everyone with a server deployed on ny01 at the time of the incident now has an additional 3 days on their contract. Please raise a support ticket if that's not the case and we'll sort that out for you.
Additionally there was an issue with one of the nodes which meant no resource use data was being reported for the past couple of days which has been corrected and additional monitoring tests have been put in place to ensure it doesn't re-occur.

can we utilize some sort of api that allows the rtb servers to email you notifications, like maybe a player was abusing something and a player could type /admin an the host could get an email notification that an admin was needed
That's certainly possible, most of the structure for this is in place at the moment. Let me have a think about this a bit more and post a more detailed reply later on as I've been considering an event framework for a while and this would fit into that pretty nicely.
