Which arm crunks to you the most?

1 is best.  The others just don't look like they line up with his shoulder.

Yeah it's just that either way they all look a bit odd. I think if I just made the should straight that'd fix a lot of stuff, but it's probably just gonna be 1 or an edit of 1+3


1's the best but maybe extend the bottom part of the arm a pixel and have the forearm lean back a little

i guess this thing wasn't cute enough for the rpg thing so here you go


Also here's some more enemies and some backgrounds

Menagerie Demons consist of a fox with a split torso that floats, and a sharp survival knife, along with a bear of sorts with a headband, floating feet/crotch, and some sharp claws to cut your team apart!


I'm feeling more endgame for this one.


Superego and Id will be like second to last dungeon bosses, with the flowers of id and some other enemy being like their spawn, and it's more of like a mental dungeon because maybe the main character gets knocked out after falling off a tower or something.

Songs I made for the Beholder thing a ways back will probably be used for this now. If you wanna hear them and give me ideas for like lead instruments (since the songs lack thereof) then feel free to https://soundcloud.com/flamecannon

If you have any suggestions for wacky enemies feel free to post em, I haven't been getting enough suggestions and I wouldn't mind some more of that. I have to apologize to F3D because I feel a slime is too generic in an rpg sense.


if you defeat one the other one will be supremely weaker. ego will be sprited differently.

i'd also like to apologize that i'm having more fun designing enemies than figuring out how to make the game i swear i'll start gaming it up next week as it is my spring of breaks.

I feel like the boss screens should have glowing cracks in the screens, and if they enter rage mode/change into a more difficult form then the screen should crack more with a really loving terrifying sound

no no don't apologize for that because i love seeing the enemies hah

yeah, and with that, as many bosses do, the boss will actually get tougher to beat to make up for the addition of cracks.
