So, what about those Ford Pintos? I heard they're Great!
Sarcasm is pretty obvious

Forza horizon 2. Xbox 360

Oh nice. I play from the Gran Turismo series (PlayStation consoles). On GT6, I've fine tuned two cars to go beyond 300mph with the help of injected nitrous and slipstreaming. One is a '14 Chevrolet Corvette, the other is Nissan Fairlady Z (I'm inclined to think it's an '89, but it's the Z32 generation).

Beast :D. i have about 140 cars. not including forza 4

I got my Celica out of hibernation today!

spring is here gentlemen

I found out my driver's ed teacher owns a cayman s and a vette

I envy him now

I really want to see Motor Trend do another modern supercar drag race.

'15 Chevrolet Corvette Z06 @ 650HP (FR layout, 6.2L V8)
'15 Dodge Viper SRT @ 645HP (FR layout, 8.4L V10)
'15 Lamborghini Huracán @ 602HP (Mid-engine AWD, 5.2L V10)
'15 Nissan GT-R Nismo @ 600HP (Front engine AWD, 3.8L V6)
'15 Porsche 911 Turbo S @ 552HP (RR layout, 3.8L flat six)
'15 Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat @ 707HP (FR layout, 6.2L V8)

With the Ferrari 458 and the Mercedes SLS being discontinued, I don't think they should compete.

The Challenger's going to get smoked, unfortunately.

not in the LOOKS contest, suck on that
Can't deny this, though. But in terms of performance, it's going to get smoked.

actually kind of the GT-R would smoke it. and so would the corvette. but it beats the rest still

With the AWD setup and incredible amount of torque, the GTR would probably murder the quarter mile. Any longer than that and the other cars will definitely catch up to it (Corvette and Viper most definitely). I've never seen an Huracan in a drag race test yet, so I'd be interested to see how it fares. If it is as good as a Gallardo or better, it won't do too shabby.

I feel like if you take nearly any RWD car against an AWD car the outcome is fairly predictable.

Yeah. But the viper would probably beat the vette. Why? you ask, because if you saw a recent video the viper (T/A) beat the corvette ZO6. I wouldn't be suprised, besides the vette was about 200 pounds more.

I may have seen that video. I think the Corvette's launch time was slightly off but it was a close finish.

Found the link.

Here's what happened: The Z06's ruddy launch allowed the R/T driver to cross the finish line before the Corvette.

Also just realized that they called the Viper an "R/T" in that quote, not a TA. Nice typo.

I do agree the zo6 was ever so slightly off. But it was still close, I still think the viper would win but I'm a viperholic so yeah XD
