well i guess he is a dragon after all.

my character is kinda the opposite as you have to heavily scale up the hieght from a normal bird.

i kept him a little short because short tends to be cuter.

Yup!
There aren't really any guidelines, though. Except maybe "no blockheads". The only blockhead that I plan to include right now is FancyPants, because he fleshed his out a little. And because FancyPants draws/pixelarts/somethings.
