just deranked from legendary eagle after playing with 3 global elite smurfs. one was on our team and two were on the other team, we actually did pretty good at the start but they rekt us in the second half. I've not had smurfs in a while but they're popping up now :/

The number of smurfs and cheaters has gone up a lot recently.
If you check https://steamdb.info/stats/bans/ you can see the number of VAC bans daily has plummeted.
