forget my record this year is 9:12
i jogged it all straight so i do recommend that for future knowledge
i'm super prone to cramps (get them just about every time i run a mile) so i personally drink water the night before since PE is first period

I drink water all day every day and I pee every 30-60 minutes. Reap the health benefits of water, people!
